Eastern States Associates, Inc. was founded in 1955 by Edward Maxwell, Sr.
The original territory covered by "Ned" Maxwell, Bill Campion, Sr. and Bob Cole,
was New England and New York state. The original product lines were
Guardian Lights and Balcrank lube equipment. In 1975, Edward Maxwell, Jr.
joined the company and in 1980 Joe Flick became part of the organization.
In 1983, Kevin Maxwell (who died in 2004 in a tragic skiing accident), left the
U.S. Navy and became part of the ESA organization.
Over the years, from 1980 on, ESA expanded its territory south, finally reaching
North and South Carolina.
In the late 1990's ESA became a distribution center and opened a 10,000
square foot warehouse in Palmer MA.
ESA has the following personnel:
Ed Maxwell (Pres.), Michelle Blain, and Chuck Krouse cover New England;
Joe Flick (Exec VP), John DiDonato covers New York,
New Jersey and Eastern PA for petroleum and industrial products;
Jim Sienkiewicz covers Northern NY, Western PA, W.VA. and Canada for Industrial Products;
Ken Neal(VP) covers the mid-Atlantic states for petroleum products;
Ken Dyer covers the mid-Atlantic states for industrial and commercial products;
Don Rohac covers western Pennsylvania and West Virginia for all products;
Rod Walsh is our inside sales engineer working out of our White Plains, NY office;
Mark DeSantis is our Palmer MA Warehouse Operations Manager;
Suzanne Chagnon is our customer relations manager out of our Palmer MA office;
Linda Maxwell is our Chief Financial Officer.
